TUDNIVALÓK   General Information
Jelentkezés április 10-én (csütörtök): 17-19 óráig a Postás-MATÁV SE Sporttelepén, a foépület
társalgójában. Budapest, XIV. Róna u. 86-100.
április 11-én (péntek): 15-20 óráig szintén a Postás-MATÁV SE Sporttelepén
április 12-én (szombat): 9-11 óráig a versenyközpontban(Cél) Lásd a térképvázlatot!
- a nevezési díjat jelentkezéskor kell befizetni a benevezett versenyzok után,
- nevezés módosításokat és új nevezéseket csak a rajtlista adta kereteken belül tudunk elfogadni,
- helyszíni nevezések költsége (április 10-tol): 4000 Ft/fo/2 nap (FN 14-60),
2000 Ft/fo/2 nap (FN –10,12, N60, F65-), nyílt 600 Ft/fo/nap,
- módosítás nevezési határido után: 500.-Ft/fo/2 nap, jelentkezéskor 1000 Ft,
- a módosításokat a jelentkezéskor kapott urlapon kell megadni,
- 1 napra történo nevezés esetén 300 Ft felárat számítunk fel,
- a versenyt elektronikus pontérinto (SI) rendszerrel rendezzük.
Akinek nincs saját dugókája annak 200 Ft/fo/nap dugóka bérleti díjat kell fizetni jelentkezéskor.
- kevés számú nevezés miatt 1-1 kategóriát megszüntettünk, illetve összevontunk, az ide nevezett versenyzoket a következo kategóriába soroltuk be: N/W 10C > N/W 12C N/W 18C > megszüntetve
- NYÍLT kategóriába a verseny céljában, pótdíj nélkül lehet jelentkezni.

12th April (Saturday) 9-11 a.m. in the competition centre/finish area, see the map!
- Entry fees must be paid at the registration as per the entries.
- Changes and new entries can be accepted only within the limits of the existing start list.
- Entry fees at registration are (from 10th April): HUF 4.000/person/2days (MW 14-60),
MW - 10, 12, W60, M65- only HUF 2.000/person/2days), HUF 600/person/day (Open).
- The cost of changes after the entry closing date (HUF 500/person/2days, at the registration HUF 1.000/person/2days.
- Changes must be submitted on the forms received at the registration desk.
- In the case of entering only one day, there is a surcharge of 300 Ft.
- The event will be run with Sport Ident electronic punching system. Participants who do not have their own e-card may hire one at a fee of 200.Ft/person/days at the registration.
- Some categories have had to be cancelled or drawn together due to low number of entries.
Athletes entered into these categories have been transferred to other categories as follows:

Entries to the Open categories will be accepted on the spot for the normal start fee.
Szállás
A szálláshelyek elfoglalása csak a jelentkezéskor kapott vagy postán kiküldött szállásjegyek bemutatásával lehetséges. A szállásköltségeket jelentkezéskor kell befizetni.

Tornaterem: Német Nemzetiségi Általános Iskola, 2013 Pomáz, Beniczky u. 53. T.: 26/326-206
A tornaterem április 11-én, pénteken 17 órától, szombaton 16 órától foglalható el és vasárnap reggel 8 óráig mindenkinek felszereléssel együtt el kell hagynia. Az iskolához a pomázi HÉV állomástól induló csobánkai busz 4. megállójánál kell leszálni.
  

Accommodation
Any accommodation can only be taken up by showing the voucher received either at registration.
The accommodation fees have to be paid at registration.

The Sports Hall is available from Friday, 11th April from 5pm and on Saturday, 12th April from 4 pm. It has to be vacated on Sunday at 8am, including all competitors’ possessions, which will have to be removed by 8am on the Sunday. The school can be reached by public transport by HEV, the local railway to Pomáz and then by the Csobánka bus, getting off at the 4th stop.
Utazás a versenyre
A Cél és a Versenyközpont mindkét napon azonos helyen található:
Csobánka központjától (Polgármesteri Hivatal, posta, busz állomás) DNY-ra, a Pilisvörösvár felé vezeto országút közelében, a Hosszúhegy irányában, Csobánka központjától 1,5 km-re. (lásd a térképvázlatot).
Edzés
Edzeni Budapesten, a Budai-hegyekben lehet április 11-én, pénteken 14-18 óráig. Térkép jelentkezéskor vásárolható.
  

Travelling to the Event
The Finish and the Event Centre will be located in the same place both days:
From the Centre of Csobánka (Mayor’s Office, Post Office, Bus stop) it is to the South West, near the road to Pilisvörösvár, in the direction of Hosszúhegy, 1.5km from the centre of Csobánka. (See the map!)
Training
The training will be held on 11th April 2-6 p.m. in the the Buda hills. Maps can be purchased at registration.
A Cél megközelítése:
- gépjármuvel érkezok a térképvázlat alapján Csobánka központjáig haladjanak, majd a verseny útjelzo tábláinak figyelembevételével lehet a versenyközpontba (CÉL-ba) jutni. Parkolás (P) csak a kijelölt helyen. Autóbusszal érkezok a Céltól kb. 300 méterre parkolhatnak.
- menetrendszerinti autóbusszal érkezok Csobánka-Tavaszlépcso megállóig utazzanak, onnan az útjelzo táblák alapján 1400 m gyaloglással (60 m szint) érhetik el a Célt.

To the Finish area:
with own vehicle – proceed to the centre of Csobánka and follow the signs to the Event Centre (Finish area). Parking (P) only in the designated areas. Buses can park appr. 300m from the Finish area.
those arriving with scheduled bus services - should get off at the Csobánka-Tavaszlépcso stop and from there the Finish can be reached on foot following the signs for 1400 m (60m climb).
Buses depart from Pomáz HEV station: 6.30, 7.37, 8.40, 9.40, 10.40, 11.40
Buses depart Csobánka back to Pomáz: 13.04, 14.04, 15.04, 17.04, 18.04, 19.04

Öltözködés, ruhaelhelyezés: a célban elhelyezett öltözosátrakban.  

Changing: Tents are set up in the Finish area.
Térkép: M = 1:15 000 és 1:10 000 méretarányú, 5 m-es alapszintközzel, 5 színnyomású, IOF normák szerint helyesbítve 2002-2003-ban. A térképeknek a rajtban fóliatasakot biztosítunk.
A térképek méretei: 22,5 x 32 cm (1:15 000), ill. 25 x 31,5 cm (1:10 000)
1-2. nap: 1:15 000 a méretarány az alábbi kategóriákban: M21E, A, B, BR, C, M20A, M18B, M16B, M35A, M40, W21E, A, B, W20A, W18B, W16B, W35.
A többi kategória 1:10 000 méretarányú térképpel versenyez.		  

Map: 1:15 000 and 1:10 000 scale, 5m contour interval, 5 colour. Surveyed ub 2002-2003 according to IOF specification. Pladstic map bags will be provided at the Start.
Size of the maps: 22,5 x 32 cm (1:15 000), 25 x 31,5 cm (1:10 000)
1st and 2nd day: 1:15 000 scale for the following categories: M21E, A, B, BR, C, M20A, M18B, M16B, M35A, M40, W21E, A, B, W20A, W18B, W16B, W35. All other categories will use 1:10 000 scale maps.

A térképeket befutás után mindkét napon le kell adni. A második napon 150 perc után a jelentkezésnél kapott szelvény ellenében a térképek klubonként átvehetok.  

After finishing the maps will be collected on both days. After 150 min. race time on the second day the maps will be given to every club against the ticket received at registration.
Az ellenorzopontok megnevezése (szimbol) és kódja a térképen található.
A pontérintés igazolása: elektronikus pontérinto rendszerrel. Ha az ellenorzolámpa nem villan, a szúróbélyegzovel kell szúrni a térképen erre kijelölt helyre. Az ellenorzopontokon szórócédulát is elhelyeztünk.		  

Control descriptions
Control descriptions are printed with symbols and code numbers on the maps.
The control posts are equipped with electronic control system and the location is marked with small piece of papers. If the control lamp is not lighting please use the punching stamp.
Frissíto: a 10 km-nél hosszabb pályákon husítopont van a térképen jelölt helyen.   Refreshment points
On courses longer than 10 km their location is marked on the map.
M/W10D kategória: szalagozás színe: sárga, a pályaadatoknál az elso adat a légvonalban mért, a második a szalagozás mentén mért adat.   M/W10D categories: yellow marking

 

  

 

Nyílt kategória
Naponta a Célban lehet nevezni a verseny „0” idejét megelozo fél óráig. Ebben a kategóriában összesített eredményt nem számolunk. A nyílt kategória is SPORTident elektronikus rendszerrel kerül lebonyolításra, a dugókát a résztvevoknek bérelni kell, a nevezési díj a bérleti díjjal együtt 800 Ft.

  

Open category
Entries and registration are in the finish area every day until 30 minutes before the first start. No summarised results will be calculated in this category. The Open category will also use SPORTident electronic control system and the electronic “control cards” have to be rented. Entry fee including e-car rental is HUF 800/person/day.

A gyermekek számára szalagozott pályán versenyt rendezünk. Jelentkezés az elso nap 12 óráig, a 2. nap 10 óráig a Célban.
Eltévedt versenyzok K-i, DK-i irányban haladva a Célba, vagy Csobánka településre juthatnak el. Kérjük, hogy a Célban jelentkezzenek! A Cél értesítheto a 06-20-949-43-78 mobil telefonszámon.

  

Children’s race on marked courses. Registration till 12.00 am on the 1st day and 10 am on the 2nd day in the Finish area.
Lost competitors should proceed in an East, South Easterly direction until they reach the Finish area or Csobánka village. The organisers can be contacted on the following telephone number 06-20-949-43-78.
Eredményhirdetés a 2. napon 13 órakor kezdodik.   Result presetation: from 1.00 pm on the 2nd day in the Finish area.
Egyéb fontos információk
- A terepre gépkocsival behajtani tilos!
- A terepen helyenként köves területek is vannak, óvatosan haladjunk.
- A verseny különleges, védett értékeket tartalmazó természeti környezetben folyik.
Ügyeljünk a rendre és tisztaságra, használjuk a kihelyezett szeméttárolókat és illemhelyeket.
- Az erdészet kérésére, a vadállomány megóvása érdekében a terepre kutyát kivinni nem szabad és a
Célban is pórázon kérjük tartani oket.
- A Célban és a Parkoló területén tilos dohányozni, tüzet rakni, nyílt lángot használni.
- Ügyeljünk a szálláshelyek és versenyközpont létesítményeinek épségére, rendjére és tisztaságára.
- A Postás-MATÁV Kupa 2. napján kerül megrendezésre a dr. Szentgyörgyi Imre emlékverseny, amely az üzemi tájfutó bajnokság elso fordulója. Ezen csak postás és hírközlési dolgozók és iskolák tanulói állhatnak rajthoz.
- Ismét sor kerül a szlovák-magyar szenior találkozóra. A Postás-MATÁV kupa elso napi eredményei alapján a második napon mérik össze erejüket a két ország legjobb szenior versenyzoi.		   Other important information
- Some parts of the competition area are covered with stones, please take care!
- The competition terrain is specially protected, containing valuable flora and fauna.
- Take care of the order and cleanliness of the area, put all your rubbish in the designated containers.
- Use only the toilets provided.
- The Forestry Authority requests no dogs in the competition area and do please keep them on a lead in the Finish area.
- It is forbidden to smoke, make fires or use a naked flame anywhere in the Finish area or in the Parking area.
- Please take care of the accommodation venues and competitions centre. Keep them as clean as you would like to find them.
- On the 2nd day of the POSTÁS-MATÁV Cup and on the same terrain the dr. Szentgyörgyi Imre Memorial OL event will be organised as the first round of OL championship of the employees and students of the post and communication industry and schools.
- The Slovak - Hungarian Senior Competition will be organised again. Based on the 1st day results of the POSTÁS-MATÁV Cup the best senior competitors of the two countries will compete on the 2nd day.
